My digital download isn't happening. It's been 15 minutes without any data transfer. How I'm not in the Plimus download web page anymore. How do I reinitiate the download? [:@]

Hi tdpyle,

You should have an e-mail that was sent when you completed your order with your serial number, order information and a download link. Just click on the link in that e-mail to restart your download. If you are having problems getting it to start, make sure nothing could be blocking it, in terms of anti-virus/security software or firewall settings. Also, make sure you have enough free space in the location where you are saving the downloaded file.

Thanks Eric. Download successful. For anyone else having this problem, when I went to the Plimus Support webpage and clicked on the download button I was redirected to a site to redownload the game. There were two choices. The American server and the European server. Naturally, I chose the American server. Not a good choice. Same problem. I canceled out and chose the European server. Success. Not the fastest download I've ever experienced but it got the job done. I would guess that the American server is overloaded; but Europe works.
