Is it possible to run this game in windowed mode? The usual trick of alt-enter doesn't work so I was hoping that there's an undocumented launch option or some setting file that can be edited.

Windowed mode did not make it into 1.0. Judging by feedback we are getting, we have underestimated the importance of this feature. We'll try to add it in one of the next patches.
