Hi,
Soon holiday is coming. Do you guys or girls have any suggestions on books about the subject? It works very well to read about the battle of the buldge and then start playing some scenarios.
Thanks!

There was a thread about this a year or so ago which'd be a good place to start ...
here. It gave me a few pointers for books.
Cheers

Also check out the Reference manual that comes with the game. It has a bibliography on page 209.

Best book I read on the Bulge - to get a faint idea of what it was like other than at command level - is Seven Roads to Hell, by Donald S Burgett. He was with the 101st, at Bastogne. In alpha of 506, if I recall correctly. Great book. All his books are very engrossing reads, I think. You can get them all on amazon easily enough.
On the other hand, if you want a light summer read, that isn't really very light, then why not try a thriller - such as The Opposite of Mercy, by Tom Winship, also available on amazon. Nah, only joking, since that's actually my own latest effort, and it has nothing to do with the Bulge... Burgett is much better.
