True or False: Almost all the very-low-political-value combat leaders get sacked or executed pretty much all the time.

It's a combination of low political rating and a bad W/L record.

Yes, all dead leaders are set to 0 political.
Of the executed in that list I know that Pavlov begins as a 1, and Kopets and Ianov may also be 1's.
