Can anyone explain what influences whether a unit will entrench if they are defending. It seems sometimes a unit will entrench when in the woods (which I like) and sometimes out in the open they will not entrench? Is it that a certain # of the men in the team have to have black cover outlines or is it the unit that the facing arc is centeres on. Any tips or tricks to this is appreciated.

seems hit and miss to me.....perhaps someone else has knows if there is a method to this or not.
