Welcome to the high command room in warsaw sir, the general staffs briefing room is just below in the bomb shelter, before you enter let me catch you up to date since you've been recalled from the reserves.
as you remember our ranking structure is based on posts
0-20 posts: Captain you have no political influence, but you may comment on the situation
20-50 posts: Major you have 50 political influence
50-100 posts Colonel you have 75 political influence
100-200 posts Brigadier General you have 100 political influence
200-500 posts Major General you have 150 political influence
500-1,000 posts Lieutenant General you have 200 political influence
1,000+ posts General you have 250 political influence

ok Sir since you now know your rank let me refresh you on how political points work
each turn plans are presented that you can take action on, only one plan will be chosen each turn,
you only get the number of political points listed and once you used them they are gone for the rest of the game, the sum of all points for all plans will be added up and the winner will be chosen form a random number generator

example:
plan 1 50 points (25% chance)
plan 2 150 points (75% chance)
plan 3 -20 points (0% chance)


here are the actions you can take
/support plan/ lend your points to a plan to increase its success chance
/propose plan/ submit your own proposal and assign points if you wish
/attack plan/ reduce by x2 the total value of the points you assign to attack the plan (continues to negative points)
/visit frontline/ take yourself out of play for three turns in return for 100 political points (not available for Captains)

RULES: you only get to play one action a turn, when your at the front line you cant play actions for three turns example : visit front line on turn 1, on turn 4 i can play again with 100 more points
in your posts when you take an action state the action and what plan it affects, and how many points you spend, and write in the posts your points total - how many you have spent and the new total

at a random time of my choosing (when i have time to play again) the winning plan will be chosen no warning is given to how long you have to negotiate so waiting for others to show their hand could backfire,
anyone can play! use your political connections ask for people to help your plan

Brigadier General krupp, is starting to think we have made a grave mistake in withdrawing he senses weakness and indecisiveness in the German high command, he thinks this is the time now or never to land a blow to the enemy, i call on everyone to put aside your differences and prepare a full attack we can really hurt the Germans here!

General Barthheart agrees with the Ministry of Armaments and wants to see the raiders capture more enemy territory and the retaking of Krakow. The rest of the front should hold and let the Greman destroy themselves against our troops. The damned Pony riders up northen can stage the Charge of the Light Brigade against German steel if they want... just make sure their General leads the charge!

He continues backing the Navy ministers' plan, with provisions for taking the slovak town, and allowing the cavalry to attack if backed by that artillary! Chomping on his cigar, he explains to the cabinet that he feels nazi strength is around lodz, and it is there that the major fight should take place. Pouring some brandy, he proposes a toast, " to the brave polish cavalry and their little ponies!". He sends a film crew to Lodz to photograph the historic charge!

Gentlemen please if i may, after consulting with the cavalry corps and secretary of army, we have realized that the secretary of navies plan has been the only disastrous thing that has happened so far, we've received only good news form the battlefield but this Don Quixote wants to withdraw and play Bathtub with the British, we will not leave our population to suffer at the hands for the Germans, we will liberate our streets and factories! and i will personally see to it that every man gets a rifle! and every horse a man!
