Whats new with 1.04.36 patch?

So I started a new 41 campaign as German playing AI. Making awesome progress until first mud turn. Then every single unit has a cv of 1. After that every single units cv remains 1. All needed rail units are right up to the front lines. This didnt happen with older version. What am I missing?[&:]

not missing anything, CV's go to 1 in the Mud.
Check the new patch release thread for a list of all the changes up to current, or the readme file in your WitE folder.

old way strength was divided by 8 in mud for attack
now showing force affected by weather (mud,blizzard)

reading thru the patches, did they slightly change the first blizzard for German troops? Did I read that right?

yes blizzard is not a big deal if you dig in.

Yes, the balance in the first winter is much better now.

I wonder what the reasoning was behind not allowing static units you use rail or naval movement in recent rule changes? That kind of sucks? So, that means they all have to walk to get to the front line? Not allowed to get on a train to go anywhere?
