Boot Camp

Trying to complete the first mission of the Boot Camp series and I'm having an issue. In the briefing there is mention of a mortar team to assist my attempts at taking the church that could lay some smoke down. The issue is that everytime I start the battle, I don't have a mortar team, just the three infantry squads. What am I missing?

Btw - Loved the demo!

The mortar team is off-board, your platoon leaders in radio contact can call for artillery support with the command "Spot Indirect".
