Here’s an easy question that I can’t find an answer for in the Galactopedia. Here’s the set up. I’ve often done a bit of selling and bartering with other empire leaders, and have gained components that have not been available to me, for whatever reasons. Usually after making a deal, I go to my component list and my new addition is right there ready for action. But, a couple of times that paid component is not there. The question is: Am I being ripped off? Or is the item “lost” in transit? Since conversations in DW are somewhat limited, I’m not able to go back and threaten war if I don’t get my item. Any comments? [&:] Bandersnatch

Do you have the "show only latest components" checkbox checked in the design screen? If so uncheck it and see if you can see the component.....it may not be the newest one.

afaik yes, I never used them much but they do seem to do it

Yes. As long as their Base of Operation exists, and your cash flow covers their payment, they
will carry out their mission. [:)]
