When using air units, every few turns all the air units will not attack either air or ground units. They have sufficient fuel and ammo. Then, on the next turn, they all function normally. Any thoughts will be appreciated.

Check your weather.  They won't attack during rain or snow.

I miss this too even though it comes up between turns on the status screen. I wish they could have programmed in some rain and snow like was used in PG:SE. Then I wouldn't miss it! Plus, the sound of the thunder and rain was very soothing. I also loved the music in Pacific General. It was awesome.
