moving city AA to air bases

Hey you guys.......I discovered that if you delete everything except for AA units you'll list the AA units that are associated with a city. Clicking on the location of the city ( example: 113,97 for Stalino ) will bring up a screen that has on the far right side this symbol: [X] which you can click on to send that AA unit to Stavka And you can transfer them from Stavka to the air bases as usual for SU's.
EDIT: sending AA units back to Stavka turns out to cost up to 50 AP's. So I'm going to quit doing this.
EDIT 2: I've since found out that releasing AA units from cities isn't guarenteed for every city. I've found some cities that have ORGANIC AA units that can't be released from their city. Oh well.
