Hi

Playing the 1942 campaign as Germany i notice when there are units already splitted to 3 regiments at campaign start like the Totenkopf mot division and i combine the unit they are not marked for withdrawing anymore.

Looks like a bad split unit setup. "Master" unit should be the one with lower ID opposing to the higher ID unit right now.
