What are the options for modern day operational wargames (Iraq/Afghanistan)?

I can only think of Schwerpunkt's Middle East War - with the Desert Storm scenarios.
Most of the modern stuff seems to be tactical.

Perhaps there's a niche in the market there?

Patriot? Scenarios in TOAW or similar? Mods for other systems - BfTB has the editor suite included for example.
