Playing through for first time and weather seems to be stuck. I am currently on the Barbarossa scenario and have had no bad weather for at least the last 3 scenarios. Forecast sometimes shows bad weather coming, but always is clear on next day. I know it says forecasts are only 80%, but this is always clear. With good air force lack of bad weather makes the scenarios too easy. Any suggestions other than reload. If I want to reload can I save the current status of earlier scenarios so that I don't ave to start over?

You don't want bad weather as penalties are sever.
Reload does not effect past scenario's.

If you want bad weather. Go into the Editor and add 10% clouds and 10% moisture.
