Hi,
I have the german Version of DW, so is it possible to install the Addon (only in english language) ?

afaik it should not be a problem but offcourse Elliot should confirm on this. You may end up with some text in english and some in german but the game should work.
Note that this is only speculation from our part as the question has been asked before and we've not a definitive answer on this.
