Tried running on Win7 64 bit, and had numerous problems with the interface. Ran first game on tutorial setting with no problems (just to reacquaint myself). It ran normally with the exception of the map (described below). Ran a second game on corporal setting and had issues with pop up information. At the end of each turn, the Event report never came up. Had to Ctrl-Alt-Del to get to task manager and then found the menu, it would not pop up over the map screen. Same issue occured when right clicking armies. Lastly, I am having trouble scrolling the map. I have to click on the Zoom map in order to get the picture of what I want. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This first thing I'd try is to shut off all your other applications.  My main development machine for FOF at present is a 64 bit Win7 machine, and I don't see any of these issues, so my first suspicion is that you've got some background program running that is interfering.
