First scenario 1939-45

I noticed something strange. I select "General" difficulty; sometimes there are very few defensive units, as in "normal" setting; no AA in the North-West objective, nor in the South-East one. Other times there are MANY of them, AA and anti tank units. Strange... it seems that sometimes the difficulty switches to normal...

After some other try: it seems that the scenario has 2 different setups. Even at Field Marshal now I continue to receive the easiest one, don't know why. Yesterday at "General" difficulty I got 3-4 times the harder one, and maybe 10 times the easier. I find it strange, they seem much different...

They are massively different. I see no rhyme or reason for the Ai's choice. It doesn't seem to depend on anything.
