If for example you have a Corp with 2 divisions, and you have 2 arty. What we would be the difference between attaching both arty directly to the Corps, vs attaching an arty to each division?
Same question when having an Army with Corps and divisions?

Less of an effect if you only play quick combat, but no matter what you always benefit from having artillery serve under two generals rather than one, both in combat (i.e., combat bonuses) and the rest of the time (i.e., training).

So I think you are saying it is better to be attached to the Division (lowest) level (thereby benefitting from both the Division Commander and the Corp Commander). And I guess if you are in an Army, if left at the Division level, you get three Generals.
