Can we please get an update on this? If not.....will just for back to playing Memoir44....lol

Yeah, it's September, time for a screenshot!

You guys must be new to this situation.  Walker never *ever* makes *any* kind of commitment.  An update would be some kind of a clue as to where in it's development the game is.  He will never tell you that as it might mean further questions, so forget about it.  The best that you'll ever get is "we hope to have it out by X", which never happens.  Sorry, but that's just the way it is.

Yah I know...just thought would throw this out there. If the damn game is even close, why doesn't he just put it out and go from there. Atleast a one scenario demo....I have been having fun playing Memoir44 online to tied me over...

M44 on-line is a very good game. I played it for a long time. Up to the rank of Major. But I haven't for a while. I got distracted by some other games. There was talk for a while about doing a computer version of "Conflict of Heroes", which would be truly great! HOS has been in development for such a long time that it might actually be outdated if and when it's released with M44 and COH making it look like a dinosaur. Re-programming the graphics to keep it looking new might be one of the reasons it's taking so long. That's just a guess though. My *best* guess is that Walker just doesn't care enough to put much time into it. Which, as i've said many times before, means that we might not *ever* see it. At this point there's no good reason to believe that we will. Let's see if Walker replies to your request for an update. He said that he "hoped" to release it for either Gencon or Origins this year. I've forgotten which. Of course it didn't happen due to some "problems", but wouldn't that mean that he's close to finishing? One would think so, but one would probably be wrong.

What name do you play M44 under. Mine is Gunhawk, the same as here.

I saw your picture in the forum. Most guys use an icon rather than their own photo. I used my own picture from back when I was in the Air Force. I thought that it looked appropriate, but it was taken so long ago that I think that I look more like a Boy Scout than an Airman. LOL

lol - i know what you mean - it used to be one of the first forums i checked, now its just a cursory glance every week - im kind of waiting for the CoH thread to start but its quiet there too

Well maybe things will change come Christmas season, I'm sure Matrix will have some unexpected cards in their sleeves. I hope.
I too check this subforum every once in a while... other than you guys posting not much news LOL.
