Ground Tactics version 2.3

Hi,
I ended up doing one more revision of the Elements file in order to try and better soldier movement in buildings.
Sorry for so many versions of the mod, but the real walls concept required more work.
The end
ver2.3
Elements file:
-all levels of windows coded the same as ground level windows. This simulates entry/exit of buildings at ground level, and results in move fluid team movement
-several other minor corrections
interim download link to plugin file ... use ModSwap and then put this file in the "plugins" folder
