Exeption access violation...again ....again

Well, i que up in the line, when playing for a while on different missions, the game just kicks me out! It happens either when completing a mission or when all the enemies are killed, and i am on my way to the exit areas. I have encountered this problem along the way from mission 8 up to now mission 11. Any hints or recommendations for this problem!
