Working through the tutorial without issue until I came to the American TF's, setting a second to follow one created before it. When I click the "Set TF to follow" button it takes me to the main map view but without anything else to do, no other windows open, no choices to make. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

It wants you to select the TF to follow.  Click on a hex with a friendly TF and the TF you're working with will follow that.
