I have noticed an issue in the USA aircraft production. My factories that convert to the newer airframes do not appear to be doing so. For instance the factory that makes SBD-3's is supposed to convert to SBD-5's but has not done so. I am not in mid May and it still reads as SBD-3. Is there some sort of time lag?

Using the beta version in a two player game.

Yes there is. It is a random amount of time after the new a/c becomes due.

I've seen anywhere from 1 to 5 days.
