Thanks to everyone who helped me get started in the game after my initial difficulties.

I've started my second squard (after making some serious mistakes with my initial squad) and am enjoying it.

However, it does take a looong time to gain experience if you are like me and enjoy raising you own jocks from scratch. Nothing wrong with taking a little time to go up, but it would be nice if the game had an option for setting faster XP gain if the player didn't want to grind quite so much.

Increase you charisma and jocks will level up faster. Charisma above 10 will decrease the required xps for a level.
