Current event design in WIA are creating several way to exploit some events.

This one will lower health and cohesion of English units in Quebec region at the same date , the 1st February 1783. Just move your units out before and come back in march [:)]

If your main stack has 52 or more subelements ( ie the whole companies, battalions comprised in the several regiments), it will lose cohesion and health during winter only. So just limit your main stack to 51 or less. During winter, you don't need to concentrate such a stack in one region [:)]
