In the 1941 campaign version 1.40.40 the Russions move first on Turn 1. Is this correct?

...and then opens up the turn from his opponent and cries.

I figured out why the Russians were going first. I edited the 1941 campaign and used the "W" hot key. I toggled the player turn to the Russian side when I saved the campaign. The campaign then started on the Russian turn rather than the German turn 1.

Ah, the Soviet Agression Scenario! Hitler did claim that the Soviets started the whole thing. [:D]
