Can we have a "Sticky" of recommended Mods?

Hi Guys,
I've just downloaded the official update and the sound mods, but was wondering what else to download. Can we perhaps get a recommendation of the best "can't do without" mods, together with instructions on how to install? Thanks for all your work guys, making this even better!
