I propose the Reaver from Firefly/Serenity. I think they're great.

Reaver from Firefly/Serenity

I never ever heard of this before... I had to look it up...
I found a picture of some gal... and you know, she did not look all that Serene! [:D][:D][:D]

Firefly is a TV series which was canceled after 1 season.  I happens to like the show very much.  I have the DVDs and watch it on and off..
Serenity is the motion picture of the series which deals with the Reavers as ultra aggressive humans who turn animalistic and cannibalistic.  They are scary type and their ships use hooks to spin and tear enemy apart.  Kinda cool and dangerous.  They are also capable of landing on planets and kill everyone.

Anyone who doesnt know what firefly is doesn't deserve to call themselves a sci fi person

Honestly, I've watched relatively little of Firely. The movie and some of the series. I liked its wild-west scifi setting, but It felt very cliched sometimes; Space Zombies, beatiful girls with super-powers...
I was bored of zombies even before they become popular.
Starscape was more of my speed. Still need to get the box with all seasons. Stupid financial problems...

Anyways, there was suggestion on zombie/alien/infector style creatures. Quite nice idea TBH.

Ooo yess, anything from Firefly would be great in any game.....I'm still surprised they stoped that show, damn shame.

TJ, you'll love Firefly and the following movie, Serenity. Trust me. Seek it out. Watch it.

I didn't like the movie very much to be honest... once the mystery around River is gone and it all comes to light it's not that interesting anymore, plus the Shepard only had minor role in the movie, not to mention the very sad part, which I won't say anymore about to avoid spoilers.

But the series is one of my favourites, really excellent sci-fi mixed with Western.  Btw for those who are interested in comparing Firefly with westerns I think it goes further than the costumes and settings, I think the crew = outlaws, Alliance = the law/cavalry and Reavers = native americans, the three major players in western movies [8D]

Yeah Serenity's quality did suffer. The thing is though they were trying to stuff the overarching story of 1-2 sessions into 1 movie. Because of this a lot of the magic of firefly which was the interaction between the great characters was put on the backburner. Mal / Inara love story, The whole sheppard subplot, Jaynes ongoing struggle with morality so much was simply sidelined.
Sad but needed for them to finish the overarching plot of the reavers in one short movie.
