I'm slowly plowing through the tutorial and after Tutorial #4 I went to upgrade my tanks from the T-38's. As I looked at the prices I couldn't help while all of the other tanks (including the earlier, inferior tanks) had prices of hundreds prestige points, upgrading the the PZIIIE (I think it's called) cost a mere 29 points! Is that a bug? 29 points is the difference between the cost of the PzIIIE and the T-38 which makes sense but none of the other tanks appear to follow that pattern. What's going on?

Upgrading within the same series is much cheaper than upgrading to a totally different series. You will see this more later, for example it costs next to nothing to upgrade from an 109E to an 109F to a 109G but it costs a ton to go from an M109G to an FW190A.
The T38 is in the PzIII series for some reason.
