Thanks to "gmenfan" and "Resisti" for their effort to help me with my download problem. I did as you both suggested, removing the space between Matrix and Games but still no change. If anybody has any additional thoughts on how I can complete the download, I'd appreciate their help. I do appreciate the responses from gmenfan and Resisti. It's good to know we have such a close knit community of SPWAW lovers out there willing to help each other.

Move this file to a safe place and then reapply the upgrade. :\MatrixGames\Steel Panthers World at War\mech.exe on rare occassions the installer sometimes doesn't overwrite this file. Also look in this directory and give the dates on these files :\MatrixGames\Steel Panthers World at War\Oobxx (xx signifies 2 digits) just give me the most common date. Don't forget again to remove the space between Matrix Games(MatrixGames) during the installation path location.
