It is the Omaha-Class CL for CLAA Upgrade.
51 Extra Destroyers, 30 Subs, 1 Ranger CV, 6 Cruisers and 1184 AC


Royal Navy
The last two Counties, Lions, B3 & G3 class, new carriers
More escort vessels, Black Swans/Rivers/Hunts/Flowers/Shorehams/Grimsbys.
either more 6" cruisers or more of the Exeter/York 8" cruisers.
Shorts do not build the Stirling instead building more Sunderlands.
More Beauforts available for anti-shipping duties.
more Blenheims available (handed on from Mid-East squadrons), Audax aircraft are replaced by Lysanders or even Tomahawks.

Bases:
Central Pacific Air Bridge:
Midway and Wake--Raise Forts by 2, have a full Marine CD unit in place, small BF, small Construction Bat, and a squadron of PBYs in place on Day One. Essential bases that would be highly favored by Hepburn for immediate improvement as the air bridge to Philippines and front door to Hawaii.

Guam--Raise Forts by 1, add a partial Marine unit, tiny BF, and raise AF by 1. This base will fall no matter what so it doesn't get as much attention other then improvements to allow aircraft movement to Philippines.

South Pacific Air Bridge:
Have preliminary work starting--just in case the Central Pacific FALLS --with detachments at Palmyra, Canton, Suva, Noumea, and Port Moresby. These could simply be add-on Construction Battalions and small Marine Inf units for protection.

Many of these units could start at 25-40%

Philippines:
1. bump the Philippine AF by (say) 18-24 P-40s, 1 Squadron of A-20 (12-16), and a B-25 or A-20/SBD Squadron (12-16). This would add a bit of teeth to the Philippine AF.

2. How about the STUPID American Commander in the Philippines actually plans and FOLLOWS the plan to retreat to Bataan? Raise the Forts there and add 10-20,000 Supply within the hex. Wouldn't be much but it would help...

3. Nevada and Oklahoma in the Philippines, extra cruisers/Destroyers

Dutch East Indies:
6 Brigades, each 2 Infantrybataljons mechanized on Overvalwagens, 1 Gevechtswagen bataljon with 90 AFV's (Light Tanks, Armored Cars) and 1 SP Artillerybataljon
1st Para Commando Battle Group
De Zeven Provinciën - 2x Eendracht-class Light Cruisers
3 destroyers of the Callenburgh class
Tromp to be converted to Jacob van Heemskerck class

China:
China gains control of:
The Wuhan area (Hanchow + Wuchang) and the surrounding inland cities (Ichang, Anking, Nanchang)
The northern inland area bounded by Sinyang, Suchow and Chengting
China should have more industry in Wuhan and Chungking
China gets both AVG groups (P-40Bs, and A-20As) deployed in China at start. China should also get earlier reinforcements for its own air force.

Well I am continuing to update, hopefully I can get to the Japanese side soon, I will continue updating the main topic

Don't worry about the Japs. lol thanks for your work and everyone elses.

Focus on just the Allies (minus France). FatR is handling the Japanese. Skyland has the Thai and French.

A good idea might be to go through and do separate postings for each nation. Example: American Fleet Specifics from above and my notes:

1. A few more DDs of pre-Fletcher class (8-10 Total)
2. Wasp being the 4th Yorktown
3. CVL conversion for Cleveland Class CL's (allowed for 2-3 more Independence-Class CVLs)
4. Add 2 of the Guam-Class large cruisers so 4 are in the OOB
5. Modernizing the Big Five BBs and have at least two on the West Coast nearly done on Dec 7th.
6. Add the 3 Idaho's to PH on the 7th.
7. Omaha-Class CL for CLAA Upgrade starting Dec 7th.
8. A CA and 4 Additional Modern DD start in the Philippines
9. Philippines settled as above. Point 8 reflects the arrival of a reinforcement convoy just prior to Dec 7th.
10. Air Bridge in place as described above.

LOL I haven't edited any of the information yet, just throwing all the ideas together as a bundle, and editing later on when I am done, I might sneak in 5 Midway Class carriers in there just to make John go nuts (will a 12 yr old scotch bottle work for a bribe?)

Hopefully it will do some good helping the mod guys have the information sorted and ready for them to work on.

Dang I thoought Misconduct pulled a fast one with the 51 DDs.  nice try Misconduct.  i was hopeing for maybe a few more DEs

MARK III Version: I went through to last few pages of Posting and think I've got everything to this point.

USA
1. The USS Wasp is Yorktown-Class

2. There are 10 newer DDs (2 Porter, 4 Mahan, and 4 Sims--6 of these in Philippines)

3. The Big Five US BB (Maryland, California, West Virginia, Colorado, and Tennessee will start the war with a partial upgrade to their propulsion while still waiting for an AA Upgrade that will be available as of 12-41.

4.Strengthen the Air Pipeline/Base Prep along the following lines:
a. Wake, Midway, and Guam: add small BF, fill out Defense Btn, put something in Guam for an Inf Unit and raise Forts by 1. PBY at Midway, Wake, and Guam.
b. Base the Marine Fighters AND Vindicators at Midway to serve as western outpost of Hawaii.
b. Con Bn at Christmas, Pago-Pago, and Suva to begin base construction.
c. Dutch Harbor gains a Con Bn
d. AS with several S-Boats (like in RA) based at Pago Pago as well as Dutch Harbor

PHIL
1. Add an Inf unit to Legaspi taken from Northern Luzon

2. Fill out Fighters (P-40s) a bit more (adding 12-18), add a B-25 Squadron and an A-20 squadron

3. Add 2 newer DDs to the Houston or Boise TF or in Manila.

4. Raise Forts in Bataan by 1 and add 20,000 supply at this base.

5. Bring in Pensacola TF with troops, supplies, and 4 newer DDs

BRIT
1. New FORCE Z: Prince of Wales, Repulse, Renown, and DDs Kelvin, Kimberley, Kingston, Kipling

2. Add one Hurricane Squadron to Singapore as well as add 12-18 more Buffalos.

3. Fill out Vildebreest and Swordfish units.

4. Add 3rd Regiments to the two Indian Divisions in Malaya: they will be at about 50% strength and low experience.

5. Just south of Ceylon sits two TF---CV TF: Indomitable, Belfast, and DDs Jupiter, Electra, Encounter, Express, and Stronghold. This TF is escorting the 18th Brit ID...

AUST
1. Sydney Repair Yard starts at normal number but is damaged to expand out to 35 and add a pair of ARDs as reinforcements in 1942.

2. Switch out 2 Wirraway for A-24

3. Add some older Fighters to the Pool as mentioned (P-36, Buffalo, P-400, etc...)

4. Add several new warships and smaller support ships as described by kfsgo.

FRENCH
1. Add a STF of 1 CA, 1 CL, 4 DD, 4 SS to New Caledonia or Tahiti.

2. AS Jules Verne and a US Lead-Lease AKE serve as Depot Ships.

3. Legionairre Rgt at NC or Tahiti, and a BF at each location

4. Move the French DD already in the game to join these units.

5. Add some shipping to New Caledonia and Tahiti.

6. Add about 70 French aircraft to bases and set them to upgrade into US Lend Lease Models.

CANADA
1. Add several smaller ships to the Canadian Fleet as well as a few additional reinforcement as described by xwraith.
