Loading Sub Transport TF

I can't seem to load supplies on my sub transport TFs. They take off to their destination with no supplies aboard. Any insights?

How much supply is at the base vs the base's needs?
Are you sure that the sub was set to transport?
Did you order it to load supplies and give it it's destination?

I kind of remember something similar - having to load supplies first whilst in port before setting a destination. Could you try having the subs load supplies (and not unload) whilst sitting in port?

There are numerous problems with sub transports...
1) Make sure you have DO NOT UNLOAD checked.
2) You usually need the entire phase to load supplies successfully
3) There is a problem with "sticky slots" - after a few hundred tons of supplies are moved by sub, they stop working. Sometimes you can get them to work again (for a bit) by changing the TF number of the subs to a unique number... you disband the TF (say it is TF 1234), form another TF with a different unit (as a temporary place holder - it will usually claim the TF that you just disbanded, so the TF will probably be TF 1234), then use the subs to form another unit with a TF number that hasn't been used before. You sometimes need to make several temporary TFs... and after a while it won't work anymore anyway.
