Do you mean your save game or a custom scenario? The answer to both is "yes", by the way.

As long as you've installed the same version on both including any special artwork (if running a modded game), all you'd need to do is copy the savegame file from the save folder into the same place on new pc. If running a modded game, you might also have to copy the scen files for that scenario over as well as artwork.

Go into the SAVE folder in Matrix Games/War in the Pacific Admirals Edition/ and select the file that looks like this with whichever slot numbered save you want to move. (i.e. for a save in slot 3, select wpae003.pws and email it/copy it/transfer it over and you're good to go.)

I did that quite often, just copy the whole of the savegame folder that way you get the turn archives as well. As has been said, all you really need are the files located directly in the save folder. Note, that if you are using WitPtracker you can copy the tracker folder as well.

If you do this regularly, I have a portable hard drive which I plug in and have all of the savegame files there and have the game files loaded on both computers.
Just keep all versions patched to the same standard, havent had a problem yet.
