Cannot kill the 33rd Matilda II in Sea Lion

Playing Sea Lion. Had the 33rd Matilda II surrounded with units whose strength were from 5 to 9, pounded with artillery and aircraft, and could not reduce Matilda's strength below 9. Sounds like a bug to me??

I think you may have been unlucky. How many times have you attacked it? It is definitely tough. Try again next turn and see what happens.

It was protected by MASONS, (33rd degree)
