Beta Issue - Game Message Delay

Hi MichaelM,

Ever since we patched (1108q2) I have an issue where the game message delay speed during replays reverts back to 0, making the replays go far too fast to digest information. I have attached the latest save.

When you load the save to put in your orders, set the message delays then before you end the turn.
They currently show as .1 for message and 0 for map scroll.

For the combat replay, it will restore the values in the save for the allied player.

You can also try pressing CTRL-s (to increase delay) during the replay. CTRL-f decreases it.
