Just seeing if anyone has had this bug and if they been able to fix it. When playing Japan, I go to fix resources I've captured but they won't list in the repair box. They randomly show up on a turn. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.

Never heard this. Also you can repair ressources, railroad and industries by right clic on the map.
