I just reloaded CC and when I try to start a game I get a message "Unable to get format on stream"
I'm running Win7 64. Any ideas?

When you launch the game from the EXE hold down CTRL an the options dialog window should come up. Turn off videos, quit the game and restart as you would normally. If you can play the game that means you need to update your video codec. If you cannot play the game after doing that then please post back here.

Do you have the most recent update applied?

Thanks Oddball, that worked. By the way the game had not been updated. That was one of the reasons I was reloading so I could try it out.
