Database Editor for v394

I have the ultimate edition; but I cannot edit the databases for v394 but I can edit the database for ANW. what can I do to fix this problem?[&:]
I would e-mail support@advancedgaming.biz and if you don't hear back from them for some reason holler back. As a related question, why don't you want to use 3.10?
