In return Finns may not cross the start line until Germany takes all of Leningrad. So zero northern front garrison needed until you don't care.

Why? I just like all the pretty colours of the Italians and Bulgarians in the game from the get go. And you get to make Guards units by attacking them - sweet or what?

Yeah I taught him that trick. Farfarer beat up my Romanisns, used the guards units to drive into Rumania. I was cooked by 42.

Very entertaining game though.
