Is the newest beta-version of the patch ready?

I was wondering if the newest beta-version of the PCO patch is ready yet? If so, where might I locate it? I tried looking in the registered members area for the current patch but found nothing but tutorials and videos of the tutorials. Would really like to see what the patch has. Thanks. Chris.

I'm still hoping to see it come out this week. I'm sure there will be an announcement here in the forums when it's released.
