Sorry I am unable to run/play any of my Spwaw games or Versions on my new windows seven.[:@]
If Alby [&o] or the rest of the SP techs get these issues resloved, I'd loved to restart my Ladder standings since my legendary fall from the ranks......[X(]. I may try SpWaW modern warfare [:D] either game is still kick-ass and all around good fun. Glad to be back hope to see all my old oppenents from battles past....Except maybe JadgPanther[:-], just kiddin Jadg.[:)].

Do a search for Windows 7 fixes. There have been several fixes figured out. I think there's a thread or 2 here, but most likely you'll find them at the Enhanced (see my sig line) and Depot sites.

Ironfist: I had the game (SPwaw) playing fantastic with WIN7 PRO and XP mod and virtual machine, it was playing full screen, color using Ncrawler's fix was very good. Artillery prob was overcome by holding SHIFT Key down while working in the ARTILERY screen.

The sad part is that while doing something else the comp went ape and I had to utilize the RECOVERY system, now I can only get the game to work at 2/3 screen size. It works also with the color fix on WIn 7 Pro and compatibilty mode set for Win98, but at 2/3 screen. FWIW HTH
