Keyboard Shortcut Question

For some reason or other, my installation "loses" the default setting that displays the command link lines between subordinates and superiors, i.e. the Green Lines between subordinates and the Blue line to the superior seems to quit showing up when clicking on units, especially HQ units. Is there a specific keystroke that toggles these "link" lines on/off and if so, what is it. I can't seem to find it mentioned anywhere in the Keyboard shortcut listings.
