How to Score a Matrix Coupon

I saw in another thread where someone was mentioning using a coupon and that got me wondering how one acquires a Matrix coupon? I think its funny that I have been buying Matrix games for over 10 years now and have never received a coupon. Not complaining, just wondering. What's the secret?

I believe the person you are referring to is Greybriar - and if so, he got a coupon because he ordered the physical copy of the game and I believe it was not shipped when it should have been...Matrix gave him a discount coupon for his trouble.

you should at least get one around Nov for your 'anniversary'. I think they've started doing this for members. At least I got one and I've seen a few other mention them.

It's the Matrix Members Club registration date that will count for the coupon, not the Matrix forum one.

I see I did register at the club. 8 months after registering on the forums. Bummer, have to wait till august.

Good question... as an administrator I can see. I'll have to ask the web admins if there's a way for the user.
Obviously you can always open a tech support ticket.

I believe I went to club members page and clicked on coupon and it gave me my sign up date.

Not for me, if I click on "my discount coupons" i get only the info that I have none. If I chose "My account" I am redirected to sltherine "unified" login page, but I am unable to login...(never understood that unified stuff)
I opened a helpdesk ticket about this uniified login issue, waiting for help

My mistake click on my account when your on club page. It will take you to universal login page(even if you are not registered universally) choose the option on that page to click on my account(in red letters) that wil show you your sign up date to the club.

That date is different then your birthday, right? Mine is different I was born in December my date shows August. Its under, your correct, Birthday. That should be the sign up date to club. Look at the post of Chemkid above that graphic shows the page
