Maximum population

I try to find a proper info (formula) for maximum population that planet can have but can't find it.
I assume that the formula is based on the following factors:
- world type (continental, ocean etc)
- world size
- quality
- bonus for native planet for a race (like Continental for Humans)
who knows the math for this ?
