Group of 4 Bomber squadrons..in San Francisco...at rest scheduled to witdraw for the 15th..date is now the 11th...would like the PPs to change HQ on a division...but it does not give me the option to withdraw..just disband..any help please. Thanks in advance

Just disband them.  Effect is the same as withdrawing for scheduled groups.  Just remember that for scheduled groups, if the "Withdraw" button is ever available then use it, otherwise select Disband.

When you Withdraw scheduled groups (instead of Disbanding them) they just go into the reinforcement queue and then disband on their schedule date.  Just don't withdraw scheduled groups more than 60 days before their due date or else they'll just reappear back in the game, and you'll have to withdraw (or disband) them again anyways.

You will get no PP benefit, but yes, just disband. Use them up to the due date as training squadrons
