I have a problem with units that I use to invade a Japanese held Island! I land all my units but they have no supply ( they did have at least 15000 with the invasion force)!!! I sent twice LST with at least 10000 supply points each!

After the LST's are emptied, the land units styll have no supply and they cannot attack. Even troops that I land on another turn are out of supply after that turn!

The Island has a port capacity of 2.

What island...did you check stacking limits? Did you.check all of your ships to see if they unloaded or not...?

Ocean is an atoll with a 6000-man stack limit. How big was your invasion force?

There's you trouble. [:D] Next time , if you know you are going to deliberately overstack , try this: land your invasion force, and then bring in a massive supply convoy behind it. It's very wasteful , but sometimes it works. Right now in a test game against the AI I landed a bunch of SEABEE units on a 6k limit atoll.Right along side is a supply convoy with over 100k supply. The idea is to build up a couple of bases (air and port) VERY rapidly. It seems to be working. As soon as it's nearly built I'll evacuate it. I'll let you all know how it works, but it seems to be working well. [:)]

What are my option? evacuate the hex?

If you've taken the island, then yes, you need to get down to the troop limit as soon as you can. As well as bring in lots of supply. You are going to burn thru and waste supply till you do. Use amphib TF's and fast transports to quickly pull out as many troops as fast as you can till you down to the limit.
