In the whole 3 campaigns ('39/'40/'41), I "captured" 2-3 enemy units: 1 T-34, 1 Char B1, 1 Matilda II...
HOW did I that? And how can I... DO IT again???

This thread has some details on captured units.
Basically you're raiding supply depots and finding unmanned equipment, and then commandeering it.
