I declared war on the Britain, France and Poland on the 1st turn(august 15?). On the 1st turn of September which was I think the 3rd turn, after already fighting in Poland and France, I get a blurb that I just declared war on the allies and that Britain and France are now at war with me...Not a major problem but who knows what kind of problems this might lead to in the future.

Not a problem at all.
Thanks for reporting that, we just need to sleep this event if you are already at war.
