My land inf div upgraded to an airborn division, but now is stuck with a red X in the counter..
is this a time thing.. or did just kill my formerly mobil inf division?

Units that are upgraded will be immobile for a period of time while they sew on their new shoulder patches and practice with their new equipment. If you click on the unit you will see in the information box how long they will be frozen in place.
