Which game is this?

Reading some old articles, I stumbled upon this screenshot. It looks interesting and awfully familiar, but I cannot remember/find out which game this is. It looks like something from Talonsoft? But I only remember WW2 games by them. Which game is it? Is this a mod or scenario? Is it any good?

Heavily modded version of the Campaign Series -- I think the middle east version.

Yes I agree with it's such about a campaign play from dessert war.
